A New Approach to Ag Research Funding

Sally Rockey, executive director of the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research, will present “A New Approach to Ag Research Funding” from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, in Room 200 of the Food, Agricultural and Biological Engineering Building in Wooster, with a video link to Room 460 Kottman Hall in Columbus.

Rockey will talk about the foundation, the challenges in starting it, the scientific challenges ahead, and the opportunities for researchers and others with OARDC to become involved with the foundation. She grew up in Ohio, has all her degrees from Ohio State and says she’s looking forward to speaking with her fellow Buckeyes.
