Areas of Interest:
I am interested in the detection, diagnosis and management of bacterial diseases on vegetable crops using both molecular and classical techniques. I oversee the day-to-day operations of our research program and the PCR laboratories. I present results to the research community through the writing of papers, reports, posters and presentations.
I began working part time on my PhD with Dr. Miller in Autumn 2006.

Areas of Interest:
I am responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining our field trials for a variety of vegetable crops. Throughout the summer months I travel to several of the outlying branches and work with their support staff. I also conduct greenhouse experiments and assist in the writing of annual field trial reports.
I am working part time on my associates degree at OSU/ATI.

Dr. Annette Wszelaki
Annette worked as a postdoctoral researcher from April 2001 to June 2004. Annette evaluated the efficacy of alternative treatments for the control of tomato diseases grown in an organic production system and co-ordinated a study that evaluated the components of conventional and transitional organic management strategies for vegetable production.
Annette is the Vegetable Extension Specialist at the University of Tennessee. (artocarpus2@yahoo.com)
Kerilynn Jagger (Perry)

Dr. Fathy Abdelalim
Fathy worked as a research associate from 2002-2004. He assisted in a study that evaluated the components of conventional and transitional organic management strategies for vegetable production.
Andrea Denning
Andrea was a Laboratory Assistant in the lab from 1992 to 2000. She is currently working for Health Point Medical Services, Wooster, OH in the medical records department.
Freddy Cruz
Freddy was a Research Aide in the lab from 2006 to 2008. He is currently working as a taylor in Akron, Ohio. |
