The vegetable pathology laboratory is led by Dr. Sally Miller. Members of our laboratory have come from all over the world including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Ecuador, Turkey, China, Uganda, Bangladesh, The Philippines, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Columbia, Egypt, and Costa Rica.

I joined the faculty in the Department of Plant Pathology at OSU in 1991, focusing on research and extension in vegetable crop diseases. My principle interests are in sustainable plant disease management, plant disease diagnostics, plant pathogen detection and international development.
