In the spring of 1992, with an endowment from Norma A. Frank, in honor of her mother Clara B. Frank, we established a perennial garden on the southeast corner of the historic Administration Building along Station Drive.  This picture, taken in May of 1997, shows some of the second group of perennials that were installed on the northeast corner.  Eventually, we hope to continue this planting around the entire foundation of the building.
