We are generating digital time-lapse animations using an automated image capture system, consisting of a 2 dimensional robotics platform, a digital camera, and a Leica MZFLIII dissecting microscope, all computer-controlled, in a laminar air flow hood.

The introduced construct contained gfp under regulatory control of the 35S promoter.
