Poster Competition on Graduate Student Research Projects
Instructions for submitting to OSU Knowledge Bank
In addition to the poster that will be on display in the Ballroom Lobby, Blackwell Center, Columbus on the day of the Annual Conference, a digital copy of your poster will be deposited in the Knowledge Bank where it will be available to the judges prior to the conference.
Deadlines: March 13, 2009, 5:00 PM Submit registration and abstract (form)
March 27, 2009, 5:00 PM Submit PDF of final poster to Knowledge Bank

Register with the Knowledge Bank. You should do this as soon as possible. Do not wait until you are ready to submit your poster. If you are already registered with the Knowledge Bank, you do not have to reregister.

Check your mail and set your Knowledge Bank password.

You will receive an email from the Knowledge Bank that contains a link to a webpage where you may set your password.

Click on the link and set your password.

- Notify Connie Britton by email
(britton.4@osu.edu) that you have
registered with the Knowledge Bank. She will authorize you to submit
your poster to the Knowledge Bank.
- Check to see if you can log into My Knowledge Bank.

- Submit your poster registration form and abstract via the web site no later than March 13, 2009 at 5:00 PM. There is a separate registration process to attend the conference. (conference registration)
- Convert your poster to PDF format. Make sure that this is your final version. You may not make changes to your poster after it has been submitted to the Knowledge Bank.
