Laboratory

This lab is equipped to run both RFLP and PCR based markers. At the moment you have 2 RFLP markers and 2 RAPD markers to classify your population.

To view the results click on the appropriate marker. The lines are always arranged in the same order with Harosoy first, Williams second, and the rest of the population in numeric order. On the RAPD gels there is a size marker in the first lane of the first gel.
